We collect information you provide when creating an account (username, email address) and when setting up your profile (age, gender, weight, height, fitness goal, activity level, dietary preferences,
allergies). We also collect meal plans you generate and your shopping list data. We also collect, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), your device's advertising identifier (Android Ad ID), IP address, general location (country / region inferred from IP), device and operating system information, and ad interaction data (ad views, clicks). This applies only to free-tier users; paying subscribers do not see ads and this data is not collected from them.2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to provide the NutriPlan service — generating personalized meal plans, storing your data so you can access it across sessions, sending transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, purchase confirmation), and detecting or preventing abuse of our subscription, refund, and free-credit features.3. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, with subscription state managed by RevenueCat.
We do not store your card details. We store only your subscription status, plan tier, billing source, credit balance, refund count, and the timestamp of your most recent refund.4. DATA STORAGE
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Render (render.com) in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS).5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google LLC / Google Play Billing (payment processing)
- RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription state validation and webhook delivery ; receives only your user identifier and subscription product, never name, email, or profile data)
- OpenAI (meal plan generation — only your dietary profile is sent, never your name or email)
- Render (hosting infrastructure)
- Google AdMob (advertising — receives your advertising identifier, IP, device information, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads in the free tier of the app)5a. ADVERTISING
The free tier of NutriPlan displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your interests, inferred from your advertising identifier and ad interaction history across apps and websites that use Google's ad services. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time on your Android device under Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on older Android versions). Subscribing to any paid plan removes all ads. DATA RETENTION
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

NutriPlan is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.9. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (meal plans, shopping list, profile) directly from the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
